Aaliyah Bedwell-Sexual Abuse or Plan of Attack

In my opinion the most heinous of all crimes is the sexual abuse of a child. And as horrific and disgusting as it is to hear about cases like that, when a parent is guilty of this it’s even more unthinkable. Imagine being accused of this crime, and being innocent.

An alibi is something you need when accused of a crime, where were you at the time and who can verify it, that sort of thing. It’s difficult enough to be alone at home watching TV and being accused of murdering your worst enemy, especially if you were seen at their house arguing hours before. Even if innocent it would be a daunting experience.

But imagine being accused of sexually abusing your child, being called a pedophile in the news, on radio, by countless online articles and blogs. All of that being done without a shred of evidence. Can you imagine going through that? How can that even be possible?

But it is happening to a father right now.

If you Google the name Aaliyah Bedwell dozens of articles will be presented to you. The vast majority of them coming from one source, the Blogger News Network. For reasons unknown they have taken up this cause and are pursuing it with a ferocious intensity, even surpassing the efforts that were put into following the Casey Anthony case. And all this is being done because of one home made video, and the word of the mother and friends.

Not one single piece of evidence has been shown. Not one single Doctor will verify these claims. No charges have been laid by police or child services. And after repeated attempts to switch venues and judges, the courts still refuse to pursue this matter. Why? I challenge anyone to find something about this case other than what the Mothers “camp” is saying. There is NOTHING.

There must be a reason that no reputable news agency has reported on this.

Interesting fact, the mother has recently lost custody of the child.

I would be among the first to demand Justice, and condemn the monstrous acts of any person capable of doing such a thing as this. But I can not do that without evidence. I cannot just take someones word for it. The stakes are too high. And if I am correct that this case is not about abuse, but custody, then abuse is happening. But it is not by the father.

False accusations of sexual abuse is not a new phenomenon and revenge, errors in autopsies, and over zealous case workers make up a great deal of them. But over 50% of these cases involve marital discourse. 50%!!!!

The recent airing of this case on 102.5 “Bubba the love Sponge” was not very favorable regarding the claims of abuse. And the choice of media to discuss this issue is bizarre in the extreme.

Justice needs to be served in this case, and I suspect the real truth is far different, from what they are trying to lead us to believe.
